TailorKit follows Shopify’s app billing cycle. You’re billed every 30 days through your Shopify admin. Your billing cycle starts the day you subscribe to a paid plan.
An order is counted if it contains one or more personalized products powered by TailorKit. Order status (fulfilled, paid, refunded) does not affect counting.
Monthly included credits reset each cycle. Purchased add-on credits do roll over — you never lose credits you’ve paid for.
